BOOKING PROCEDURE


  • Fill-up our Enquiry Form (available @ www.nanduhospitality.com ) and send it to us – Our Executive will call you as soon as possible to know the details and to confirm your booking.
  • Send a mail to us at - info@nanduhospitality.com about your details like your name, contact number, your requirements, how many pax / persons going to stay, duration of stay etc
  • Send a Whatsapp message also ( Whatsapp number: +91-9880288776 ) through our Website or directly – you will get immediate reply with all necessary details
  • Call directly at +91 9880288776 to book the rooms / apartment

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

   Our Check-in Time – 12 Noon
   Our Check-out Time – 11 A.M

PAYMENT

  • A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking is required at the time of making the reservation with full payment due upon arrival. You will receive an electronic confirmation of your booking
  • This 25% deposit can be charged by Visa & Master card, Wire Transfer , Bank Transfer OR Cash Deposit at Company Bank account
  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to change. Once a booking has been confirmed we will not increase the prices unless you alter the booking
  • All prices quoted are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax - GST (unless otherwise stated) and you will be required to pay Goods & Services Tax (where chargeable) at the prevailing rate
  • Invoices / Receipts confirming the booking will be dispatched OR will send to the guest’s respective mail id as part of the booking procedure
  • Should your account be overdue for payment we reserve the right to charge interest at 4% above the Reserve Bank of India base rate from the due date for payment
  • Payment always in Advance , for Long stay Guests say about 1 month to 1 year stay or more can talk about their payment procedure after check-in with the Management Staff and follow accordingly But Model is   "PAY & STAY"

 

DEPOSIT and ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • For Long Stay Guests, say about 3 months to 1 year Stay or more – 1 ( one ) Month rent will be as Advance as Security Deposit – the same will be adjustable or refundable ( after applicable deductions if any ) with the last month rent
  • Breakfast, WiFi Internet & Housekeeping are Complimentary from our end ( as per the package guest will choose )
  • Additional Housekeeping Services
  • Breakages, loss or damage to the Property or any of its contents
  • Lost keys, car park passes

Cancellations Policy

  • Cancellation is free of charge up till 7 days prior to Check-in, in case the booking is cancelled less than 7 days then you will have to pay the Cancellation fees for the first 3 Nights
  • Cancellation
  • Cancellation must be filled in writing, via mail to info@nanduhospitality.com within office hours from 9 am to 6 pm ( local time )
  • For bookings 30 nights or less - for Cancellation while Nandu Hospitality need a 7 days prior notice. Any alteration of the booking within the 7 days  notice will honor. In case the booking is cancelled less than 7 days then you will have to pay the Cancellation fees for the first 7 Nights
  • For bookings more than 1 month or longer stay – for Cancellation while Nandu Hospitality need a 15 days prior notice. Any alteration of the booking within the 15 days notice will honor. In case the booking is cancelled less than 15 days then you will have to pay the Cancellation fees for the first 15 Nights
  • The Company reserves the right to Cancel the bookings , if The rooms / apartments or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control. OR The Company becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership. In any of these circumstances the Company will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client.
  • We will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or we are unable to perform our contractual obligations as a result of events beyond our reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, and adverse weather conditions. Please note that we don't refund your booking due to flight cancellations because of vulcano eruptions.
  • If we receive serious complaints or any disputes arise, Nandu Hospitality reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice.

Rights of Access

Our representatives / Managers have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of you, for the purpose of inspection of the property and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work.

Pets

Pets are allowed But it should not damage anything – if anything damaged then the cost will be borne by You.

Lost Property

Any items left in the apartment will be kept for 1 month after the departure date. After that date Nandu Hospitality reserve the right to dispose of the property as it sees fit. Management is not responsible for any Loss or Damage your belonging.
