A. BHK means Bedroom-Hall-Kitchen. 1 BHK Flat / Single BHK Flat - One Bedroom ( AC ) , attached bath , living cum dining with Kitchen and Balcony / 2 BHK Flat – Two Bedroom ( AC ) ,2 baths , Living cum dining , Kitchen , Utility Area and Balconies - Independent Unit.
Q. How many persons can stay in 1 BHK & 2 BHK Flat?
A. In 1 BHK flat – 2 adults + 1 Child can stay, AND in 2 BHK flat – 4 adults + 2 Child can stay.
Q. Is Kitchen is Equipped for cooking?
A. Yes – Kitchen is fully equipped with Micro-oven , Toaster , Crockery , Cutleries , Mixy Grinder , Pressure Cooker , Tawa , Roti Maker etc with Gas cylinder-Gas Stove set.
Q. Is Uses of Kitchen is chargeable?
A. In Kitchen, Utensils are provided complimentary BUT if you like to use the Gas Cylinder – it is chargeable. Charge depends upon the stay duration.
Q. How is the Sq. Fit area for 1 BHK flat?
A. This is around 600 to 645 Sq. Fit.
Q. How is the Sq. Fit area for 2 BHK flat?
A. This is around 1100 to 1237 Sq. Fit.
Q. How is the Sq. Fit area for 3 BHK flat?
A. This is around 1385 to 2765 Sq. Fit.
Q. Is All Flats are Air Conditioned (AC)?
A. Yes – All Flats are AC.
Q. Is Breakfast & WiFi Internet is Complimentary?
A. Yes both are Complimentary.
Q. Is cook facility is available?
A. Yes – Cook facility is available on Charge basis.
Q. How is the distance from Manyata Business Tech Park to this apartment?
A. We have couple of projects in & around Manyata BusinessTech Park –North Bangalore, some are walk bale distance and others are 1.75 Kilometer radius , means all our projects very close by from Manyata Business Tech Park.
Q. How far these apartments from Domestic / International Airport?
A. 30 to 35 Minutes driving distance.
Q. How far these serviced apartments from MG Road / Brigade Road / Commercial Street / Malleswaram?
A. Hardly it will take 15 to 18 minutes driving distance.

A. 12 Noon Check-in time & 11 AM Check-out time.
Q. Is Washing machine , Refrigerator is there and is it chargeable?
A. Yes – washing machine is there at the utility area & Refrigerator is there inside the flat itself for personal use and both are Charge free.
Q. Is it only for Corporate Stay OR anyone can stay here?
A. Against the Valid photo Id proof and Stay Charges anybody can stay here.
Q. Is Transport is available?
A. Yes – 24/7 - Transportation likes OLA / UBER / AUTO all are available.
Q. For Corporate, Bill To Company option is there or not?
A. Yes - we are dealing mainly with Corporate & Bill To Company option is very much there against the Contract Agreement.
